An unmodified Mercedes Benz C63 is already powerful with 473hp
tucked between the front tires, so any thought of making this into
something that can scare a sports car owner is pretty special indeed.
Enter the Kicherer Mercedes-Benz C63 T Supersport. This is
one tuner who decided to make the C63 run better than it ever will.
Kicherer is a German tuner specializing in exclusive vehicles. They
decided to up the ante on this big high performance station wagon, and
tune it they did.
Performance
It starts with a big 457 hp, 6.2 liter V8 and tuned it to give 550hp
and 640nm of torque, using stainless exhausts, an ecu remapping and a
sports air filter. With this increase in power, they then replaced the
drive shafts of the car so that it can handle that much power at all
times.
They then opted to install big 20 inch wheels and tires to help grip
the road even at 320 kph. Not only that, they decided that the car was
too high and lowered it, and then fitted composite brake pads to improve
the stopping power of the car.
Interior
Aerodynamic enhancements are then applied by Kicherer to improve its
handling by adding carbon fiber front splitters, wider wheel arches,
side sill set and a set of enhanced side mirror covers; while retouching
the interior provided the necessary cool ride factor. The customer has
the option of ordering this one of kind super wagon in Nappa leather,
Alcantara dashboard, door covers and roof lining.
